1. Refund Policy

All goods sold are non-refundable, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-day one-to-one exchange policy from the date of purchase, provided that the product is returned in its original, undamaged condition and packaging.
The returned product must include all original accessories, gifts, manuals and other documentation. Please contact our customer service team before arranging an exchange.

3. Warranty Policy

New products: 12-month carry-in warranty.
Used products: 3-month carry-in warranty.

To claim warranty service, customers must retain their purchase receipt and/or online order number as proof of purchase.
The warranty covers defects arising from normal use within the applicable warranty period. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents or external factors, including but not limited to:

Burn damage
Corrosion caused by corrosive substances
Water damage or immersion in water
Damage caused by exposure to excessive moisture
Broken plastic parts
Physical damage
Batteries, unless otherwise stated in the product warranty

4. Damaged or Used Products

Products that have been used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund or exchange, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws or where otherwise stated in our policies.
