Goods sold are not refundable. We have 14 days 1 to 1 exchange policy as long as you return undamage product with it’s original packaging ,including any accessiories , gift , manual and any documentation to our customer services center. 12 month carry in warranty for new item and 3 month carry in warranty for used item. As long as you keep the purchase receipt and online order number , our guarantees cover normal usage within the period but not limit to burn , corrosion by corrosive ,rinse in water ,rush by expose in moisture ,broken plastic parts ,physical damage and battery are not covered by warranty.
